Emilio Parga is the Founder and CEO of The Solace Tree, a grief support organization built on a simple but powerful belief: grief requires conversation. He supports grieving children, teens, families, companies, and athletic teams through intentional, relationship-centered dialogue following a death. When loss leaves people silent or unsure what to say, Emilio creates structured, compassionate conversations that help communities express emotion, listen, and reconnect.
