In this episode, Kelvin and I discuss his book "Overcoming the Fear of Death". It's an easy read. I finished it in a day. But, it is a systematic, rational approach to a common fear. Kelvin breaks down our beliefs on what happens after death into four main belief systems (not religious beliefs). From there, he explains how we can reduce or eliminate the fear of death from wherever we are today.
Kelvin Chin is Executive Director & Founder of the “Turning Within” Meditation and Overcoming the Fear of Death Foundations.
