Nell Rose Foreman lost her beautiful 23-year-old son Jack to a horrific 9-month battle with Glioblastoma, an insidious brain cancer that began just after he graduated from college.
Shortly after his transition, she started getting signs from Jack. One of his signs, a picture of his light being, was taken at the beach this summer and recently published in the IANDS and Helping Parents Heal newsletter.
Jack communicates a mission to her: to let people know that there is no death and awaken to who and what we are. Four pillars in how Jack lived his life, which are his legacy, are to live to your full potential, to follow your heart, to love fiercely, and not care what anyone else thinks. It is how he wants us all to live.
Prior to Jack's death, Nell Rose was a resiliency coach. She created a process using a blend of conscious and subconscious work that includes mindfulness, neuroscience, psychology, and ancient wisdom to successfully allow people to achieve what they want. Now, she is using this same process to help herself to survive, heal, and thrive after child loss. She feels traditional thinking of grief focuses on disconnection, and after receiving several signs from her son, it has challenged her own beliefs, and now she is working towards a connection with him.
