Letting go is tough, but it's necessary for growth. Reflecting on the losses I've experienced - the passing of loved ones like Paul, Chrissy, and my dad - I realize how they shaped me into the person I am today. These devastating losses have taught me the value of helping parents heal. I believe that children who cross over early in life are incredibly wise souls.
