Grief isn't associated only with the loss of a loved one. We grieve many things, the loss of a job, the loss of income, the loss of a relationship.
Globally, we are all experiencing great, sudden, unexpected loss at the moment, even if it's the loss of something as simple as not being able to go to the grocery store and pick up what we need or to be able to go to the movies.
This triggers a number of emotions in us. And, as we are cooped up with family members, we have to deal with those emotions in a way that is healthy for everyone involved.
