I am a Grief Guide, Life Purpose Coach, and Small Business Consultant. My mission is to help you rediscover who you are and why you are here. In those two questions lie the secrets to not only surviving this life but thriving.

My vision is to create a world where everyone has a sense of purpose and fulfillment. If we know the "why", we can endure any "how'. I want to remind you of your true nature and your reason for being. I say remind you because this is something that we all knew and some of us have forgotten.
I became well acquainted with grief in 2015 after the sudden passing of my fifteen-year-old daughter Shayna. This is Shayna behind me. After Shayna's passing, I felt my life was over. The only way I survived my grief was by digging deep to find answers and meaning.
For most of my life, I suffered from thanatophobia, an intense fear of death. I am a seeker. I want to know, not believe. I have studied science, philosophy, and religion for the last three decades or more trying to understand the nature of life and death. I am here to share what I have learned with you. In my work, I have seen people transform their tragedy into triumph. It is possible.
