Dina Bell-Laroche is a Certified Thanatologist, Grief Doula, Professional Leadership Coach, Author and Keynote speaker. She has been serviing in the Canadian sport system since 1991, as a strategist, coach, and communications professional. Following the death of her younger sister Tracy from a rare form of cancer, Dina has spent the last decade advocating for a healthier relationship with grief and loss. .
Dina’s commitment to engaging in healing rituals has inspired her to collaborate with communities to make education possible for children in Nicaragua and in Northern Ontario on Treaty 3, as well as build Wind Phones with the Ottawa Cancer Foundation and Hospice Care Ottawa to provide solace to the bereaved.
Dina’s knowledge runs deep. Her teachings are wise. Her practical way of demystifying a taboo topic will leave you feeling more resourced and less isolated. She hopes her story inspires others to explore their grief from a place of grace.
