Go figure. Instagram, while getting more and more business users, makes it difficult if not impossible to post from anywhere other than your telephone. I create content on my computer and want to post it from my computer.
I found a simple, free, workaround that will let you post from your browser. The video shows how to do this from Chrome. But, the same thing can be done from Safari. Basically, you want to get to the developer tools and emulate a phone so that you see the phone interface, including the upload button.
