"Why is there so much pain in life?" It's a question we've all asked. Most of us have asked it repeatedly. We see good things happen to bad people and good people racked with pain. We see what seems to be unbearable, even unimaginable suffering.
Pain in life is something that philosophers and theists have tried to explain for centuries. Maybe the issue isn't the amount of pain in life but how we look at it- the scale we grade it on.
Come with me on a little thought experiment where I attempt to prove that any pain would be perceived as too much and discuss the merciful limits of pain and suffering in the human experience.
